It's very simple, just contact us, we send you a quote, and if you're ok with it, just proceed with the payment. We'll send you a confirmation, a reminder 48 hours before the big day, then come pick you up at the agreed place and time.

The sooner the better! Especially during high season and school holidays. But it can be at any time, as long as we have availability. We only require that you book at least 48 hours before the desired date to let us enough time to organize your trip, food & beverage, and any other arrangements.

If you book more than 10 days before your trip, we kindly ask for a 50% deposit, fully refundable if you cancel at least 10 days before the date of your trip. 10 days before your excursion, we kindly ask for the remaining balance. If you cancel less than 10 days before your trip, our yacht charter partner won't refund but will reschedule without fee at your earliest convenience. We will refund 50% of the amount of our services or reschedule without any fee, depending on availability. In case of cancellation for technical problem, bad weather, or any issue on our side or our partner side, we'll refund 100% of the amount.

We accept all major credit cards through our Business Paypal account in USD (+6%), bank transfer to our Banreservas Business account in DOP, cash (USD & DOP), or some selected cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin, Tether USDT, and Litecoin - contact us for more details and T&C regarding cryptos).

No, our prices don't include the ITBIS. But... One of the surprising yet somehow enjoyable side of living in a country where cash is king and the local IRS not exactly thorough means that there are options to spare you from adding 18% to our prices. Contact us for more details...

We're a fully registered company under the local EIRL status, which correspond to an individual LLC company. Our business account is held at the Banreservas, the largest bank of the Dominican Republic which has several branches in the US. We're fully insured with our liability cover provided by DAN World (Divers Alert Network), the world leading diving and aquatic activities insurance company, based in the US. Finally our diving instructor and manager, who directly supervises all our excursions is a certified Emergency First Responder and a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer registered with PADI under the number #366886.
